Product Specifications

Step 1 – Gently blow the nose to clear excess mucus.

Step 2 – Insert the nozzle into one nostril.

Step 3 – Spray as directed and allow the mist to coat the nasal passage. Avoid inhaling or sniffing it in deeply, as this may cause discomfort or a burning sensation.

Step 4 – Repeat in the other nostril and use daily or as needed.
